A better way to care
We’re driven by our mission – to change care for the better.
We always put the people we care for first, across all of our services, whether it’s complex clinical care at home, supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities, or more intensive support through our Stability & Transformation service. We focus on building independence, improving quality of life, and delivering care that’s genuinely person-centred.
We all work to the same principles – providing personalised support from our skilled carers, alongside support from our managers, clinical team and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioners. We aim to reduce restrictive practices, build confidence, and support people to move towards greater independence.
With a mix of compassion, expertise, and a drive to keep getting better, we’re proud to be delivering care that really makes a difference – supporting individuals, families, and communities across the UK.
The people who make it happen
Our people are what make Cavalry Healthcare special. From support workers and managers to clinical leads and PBS practitioners, every member of our team plays a part in delivering care that truly makes a difference.
We go the extra mile to find the right people – those with real empathy, strong values, and a genuine passion for supporting others. Then we invest in them. Through our thorough induction, hands-on shadowing, ongoing training, and regular check-ins, we make sure everyone has the tools and confidence to do their job well.
We don’t just focus on skills – we focus on the person behind them. Our teams are trusted, supported, and encouraged to grow, which means the people we support get the very best care.
When our teams feel valued, supported, and part of something bigger, great things happen – for them, and for the people they care for.

Our nurses and HCA's...
We reward our staff well and this means we can recruit and retain a fantastic team of highly qualified staff. All Cavalry staff go through a rigorous 6 stage vetting process before being cleared to work, so you can be sure every Cavalry nurse is a top-class professional.
How we're different...
Cavalry Healthcare is a vocationally driven nursing agency and recruiting staff who give top quality care is our utmost priority. We pride ourselves on our ethics and values and donate a percentage of our profits to UK hospices each year.
